Shipping & Returns Policies

Henry & Joy works diligently to make quality products that we’re proud of. We want you to thoroughly enjoy the items you order from us. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us and we will strive to make it right.

If a refund is approved we process it immediately upon receipt of the item that is returned in a new, undamaged condition. Your bank may take 3-10 days to process. (Some banks may take longer.)

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*If your item is damaged or otherwise made unsellable because of your chosen shipping method the return or exchange will not be processed.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to ship.

* Shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5PM ETZ

Henry & Joy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please be sure to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout. Any claims for lost or damaged merchandise need to be made with the respective carrier.

We apologize but we do not currently offer international shipping. If you live outside of the U.S. and are interested in our work please contact us directly through our contact page.
